Berneta I. Troyer

Berneta I. Troyer, 80, of Bremen, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2007, at the Community Hospital of Bremen. She was born on February 8, 1927, in St. Joseph County, IN to Jarius & Blanche (Schrader) Loucks.

She married Dallas D. Troyer on December 23, 1972. He preceded her in death in July of 2000.

Berneta moved to Bremen in 1969 from Dayton, OH. She retired from Community Hospital of Bremen after 15 years of service. Berneta was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Bremen. She had a great community of friends.

Survivors include 1 son: Dennis (Christina) Hane of Ft. Lupton, CO, 1 daughter: Roxanna (Terry) Ross of Bowling Green, KY, 2 step sons: Wayne (Barbara) Troyer of Bremen, Gerald (Ruth) Troyer of Nappanee, 1 step daughter: Karen (Mike) Mishler of Nappanee, 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband and 1 sister Josephine McDonald.

Services will be held Friday, March 23, 2007, at 10:00 AM, at

Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Rev. Jon Hueni will officiate. Burial will be at the Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, Thursday, March 22, 2007, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Marshall County.
