Mary C. Ullom, age 91, of Leesburg, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2006, at Goshen General Hospital. She was born on July 26, 1915, in Eaton, Indiana, to William O. & Edith (Willman) Ellis.
On September 11, 1938, she married William Fee Ullom. He preceded her in death on February 29, 1984.
Mary moved to Tippecanoe Lake in 1957 from Bloomington, Indiana. She owned and operated Fee's His and Her Shop in North Webster with her husband from 1957-1975. She was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Warsaw, a former member of the Lady Lions in North Webster and Order of Eastern Star in Leesburg, a Charter member of the Tippy Lake Ladies' Assocation and a graduate of Eaton High School.
Survivors include 1 Daughter: Lynn Ann (Leo) Kerber of Leesburg, 1 Grandson: Dee (Trace) Hinesley of Huntington, 4 Great Grandchildren: Anndee, Aidan and Alec Hinesley and Nicholas Freeman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 Granddaughter: Therrian Hinesley, 1 Sister: Cleo Baker, and 2 Brothers: Harold and Valentine Ellis.
Services will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at 10:00AM, at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, 424 W. Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Pastor Lin Hutton will officiate. Burial will follow at the Oswego Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8PM, Monday, November 27, 2006, at St. Anne's Episcopal Church.
