Fay E. Estes

Fay E. Estes, age 80, of North Webster, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2006, at her residence. She was born on December 13, 1925, in North Webster, to Homer & Vera (Stoner) Hiner.

On October 14, 1946, she married Ray W. Estes. He survives.

A lifetime area resident, she wintered in South Texas. Fay was a retired accountant for South Bend Lathe. She was also a 1944 graduate of North Webster High School, enoyed her family and collecting shells in South Texas. She loved writing poetry.

Survivors include her husband: Ray Estes of North Webster; 1 daughter: Teresa Ward of North Webster; 2 sons: Larry (Nanette) of Anniston, Alabama and Stanley (Susan) of North Webster. 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Donald Hiner and 1 grandson: Jeremiah Ward.

Services will be private. Burial will take place at the North Webster Mock Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice.
