Joseph A. Vanderfleet

Jospeh A. Vanderfleet, age 82, of Syracuse, IN, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse. He was born June 6, 1923 in Indianapolis to Jacob and Martha (Keiper)Vanderfleet.

Joseph was a partner of Clark & Osborn manufacturing representatives in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Elks in Ligonier and the Moose in Dunedin, FL.

November 19, 1949 he married Betty Hyland and she survives. Other survivors include a Daughter Lee Ann (Dennis) Paternoster of Syracuse, two Grand Children, Lyle and Jim Paternoster of Syracuse, a brother Jacob Vanderfleet of Greensboro, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Services will be held 10:30AM Friday at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel in Syracuse. Father David L. Hyndman will officiate. Burial will follow in Syracuse Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service.

Memorials may be given to Hospice.
